systems by The Closet Works are manufactured with the highest
quality materials and components to rigid quality standards and
exacting tolerances. The Closet Works standard component parts
are warranted to the original purchaser for as long as they own
the product. This warranty covers the products manufactured by
The Closet Works in their original installation (without being
moved once it is installed) against defect in material and
workmanship. The work "defects", as used in this warranty, is
defined as imperfections which impair the utility of the
product.
This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or
replacement of storage system component parts having defects.
If a part is defective a per the terms of the warranty, The
Closet Works will repair the defective part of furnish a
replacement part at no cost to the original purchaser.
This warranty applies under conditions of normal use for the
stated, intended purpose of the product. This warranty
specifically excludes defects that result from intentional
damage, negligence, installation by anyone other than a Closet
Works installer, reinstallation or relocation of the system
after initial installation, unreasonable user or exposure.
This warranty applies only if all components are
manufactured, supplied by or installed by The Closet Works.
In addition, if the product you purchase form The Closet Works
is manufactured without exclusive 2mm edge, it is warranted to
the original purchaser that all edges covered the 2mm edge
material shall not chip or peel away from the board in normal
use for the life of the product.
All implied warranties arising under state law are limited in
duration to ten (10) years. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this
limitation may not apply to you.
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS EXCLUDED
TO THE EXTENT EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW. SOME STATES DO NOT
ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY
ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. |
